The best dessert ever!!!

For those of you who did not know, this was Casey's second Carnival cruise, he took his sister Jennie on a cruise in June of 07. While on that cruise they both fell in love with a dessert called "Chocolate Melting Cake". Well let me tell you that stuff is AWESOME!!!! I had it the first night on the ship and wanted it every night we had dinner. So being the wonderful, loving wife that I am, I found the recipe on line when we got home and tried it out last night. For my first attempt it came out really good, almost as good as on the cruise! I'm so excited, our waist lines aren't but we are!!
