Little scare today!

So I had a dr appointment today for my 28 wk check up, this is the first visit I went to without Casey. So the dr gets there, listens to the heart beat (says it sounds great), and goes to measure me. 3 wks ago I was measuring at 25 wks, this visit I measured at 23 1/2 wks, so dr is a little worried, measures me three more times and comes up with same result. I ask him if it could be the way the baby is laying, and he says possibly but we need to see if we can get you in for an ultrasound today! I was trying not to freak out, but was a little worried at this point. They tell me they are going to check to make sure there is enough fluid and that the baby is growing the way we want it to.

So in I go (literally it took them 5 minutes to get me in with the ultrasound tech), she starts doing her thing and tells me things look good, I do need to drink more fluids, cause I'm at the very bottom of the "ok" amount. She measure the baby and he is actually measuring at 29 wks and 3 days, when we think I am 28 wks and 3 days, so we may have a baby a week earlier than we thought! Everything turned out ok, just need to drink more fluids, especially down here in this heat. Baby is sitting really low and just doesn' t like to cooperate with the dr's is all! Can tell he is a Miller, already showing his stubborn side!
