1st day of school

So Thursday was Kylee's first day of 2nd grade and was she excited! We went shopping on Saturday and scored some cute clothes from Old Navy (they had almost everything on sale for $10 bucks!) Jennie came with us, then she went back up to Tooele. Kylee's been wanting to get her ears pierced for a while but I refused to let anyone do it, because I had all kinds of infections when I was little and didn't want to have to deal with that and her. So I told her when she was old enough to take care of her ears herself she could get them pierced. Well all of a sudden I guess she thought she was old enough because she kept saying she wanted to get it done. So Saturday evening I took her to the mall and she got it done! I didn't think she's go through with it but she did and she was a brave little one too. As she says "Mom, I had the drips, but I didn't cry" too cute she is.
