So we are now 36 1/2 weeks and showing no sign of baby coming any time soon! Doctor says I'm "closed" up as tight as can be! Also, says since I was a week late with Kylee I could possibly go a week over with the little man! Anyone have any ideas on how to get the ball rolling?
I love our Doctor, he is just so.....I don't even know the word to describe him actually. He says "guess you'd better start talking to her (my cervix) and see if she'll "loosen" up at all for you!" He is such a nice, goofy guy. I know I shouldn't be impatient, but I really am tired of the heat and the swollen ankles. I don't think my feet have ever hurt this bad, and I've had them broken, sprained, rolled, you name it's been done. Anyways enough of me whining, other than being hot and swollen, everything else looks really good, Dr. says I'm probably one of his healthiest patients right now, so that's good!
On another note, last night my friends Martha and Melissa threw me a surprise baby 'dinner'! Casey took, me, Kylee, and Jennie to Olive Garden and Martha, Melissa and Martha's husband Sal were there with many gifts! I guess the office I used to work in got together and decided to get the baby stuff. It was awesome, we got a really nice Eddie Bauer-outdoor bouncer, baby monitor, diapers, bath-tub and bath essentials, diapers and a play-pen. It was awesome to know that I am still loved by my "mesquite family". Thanks to all who pitched it and thanks to Martha and Melissa for coming to St. George to visit me, I miss you both so much!!
Well that's enough for now, maybe I'll have something more exciting to blog about next time!

Hey! I feel your pain! It is funny, once the baby actually gets here, all those aches and pains seem so far away. They are such a part of your life and then suddenly, they are gone! Hang tight! I am excited for you. Boys are so much fun!
I'm sorry you've been hurting! You're almost done...you're almost done...you're almost done...
Where are some pics of the nursery..hmmm?
