my online journal

So since I don't do much else with this blog, I'm going to take the advice of my awesome Sis-in-law Jennie, and use this as a journal!

So Casey and I started the P90X program last week, and were doing really well on it until Thursday night. We decided to do it in the evenings so that we could encourage each other, but it's just to hard to do in the evenings with the kids! Kylee wanted to exercise with us, so we were like, ok. She is all over the place, I was gonna have to glue her feet to the floor just to keep her in one place. Had to tell her to sit down before she hurt herself or one of us. Then we have Brayden.... I love this little man, but when 7 rolls around, he is ready for his bottle and bed and if he doesn't get it, he let's you know, with an ear splitting scream. I thought I had a little boy and a little girl, not two little girls??? So needless to say the last part of my work out week, did not end as strong as it had started. I told Casey, lets just start new on Monday again. So now I will work out in the morning and he will work out in the evening.

I got up at 6 and did my chest and back exercise along with the Ab X workout. Was exhausted after wards, but in a very good way!

On a brighter note, I did lose 2.2 pounds!!! yay me!

We just started that too. Good for you guys! It is hard when the kiddos are running around. We do it together when both kids are in bed, but I can see how it would be hard with a baby. Good luck, you guys are awesome!

yay for taking my advice:) i like it when you update!
and yay for your guys staying motivated, aside from a fussy brayden! i guess its times like these when it'd be nice to have a jennie around still huh!? ;)
