Ooops

So I slept really weird last night, so weird that at one point I sat up in bed grabbed at Casey and started screaming! I don't remember what I was screaming and neither does he, but it freaked us both out! I was up and down after that, so I didn't do my work out this morning, I will figure out how to do it tonight with Casey. It is Plyometrics, which I actually like doing, so hopefully the kids will cooperate tonight.
