Day 5-Best Friend
My best friend........well I don't have many friends, but the ones I do are all special to me. For me, a best friend is someone that is always there for you, not matter the time or place. You should be able to tell them anything and they should do the same in return. I met my best friend my freshman year in high school. She walked into my science class and I could have swore we had met somewhere before! Since that day she and I have been through quite a bit together, and we have always been there for each other. Even if we go months without talking we can pick up wherever we left off. I love her like a sister and know she feels the same about me.
The reason Casey, me and the kids came to Jackpot this weekend, was for my best friend. She got married yesterday, I was so happy for her. I didn't think I would tear up, but I did. She looked so happy and I hope her husband loves her as much as mine loves me.
Shantell Minges is not only my best friend but my sister too!
